Ensure you're registered before the deadline on Monday, July 1, 2024. You can register to vote online at ServiceArizona.com, or obtain a hard copy form from the Town Clerk's Office or Maricopa County Recorder's offices during business hours. Mail-In Ballot
To ensure your ballot is received on-time, consider using a ballot drop box. One will be available at Carefree Town Hall (8 E. Sundial Circle) beginning Oct. 9. This saves our county 68¢ per ballot in tax dollars. Click HERE to find additional Drop Box locations.
DO NOT mail your voted ballot back after Tuesday, October 29, 2024. Late ballots will not be tabulated.

Phone requests for ballots may be made by contacting Maricopa County Elections at (602) 506-1511. Persons requesting a ballot over the phone need to provide their name and address, date of birth, and voter identification number (if available).
In-Person
Voters may vote early in-person beginning Friday, October 25, 2024 at the Carefree Council Chambers (33 Easy Street) from 9:00am – 4:00pm (M-F).

Any voters voting in person will need to present proper identification. Visit https://elections.maricopa.gov/voting/id-at-the-polls.html to read more about identification requirements.

Polls will be open on Election Day, Nov. 5, 2024, from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Persons in line at 7:00 p.m. will be permitted to cast a ballot. Polling locations may be obtained from the Maricopa County Recorder at: Maricopa County Elections.

If you're away from your residence during the election, remember that Arizona law prohibits forwarding official election materials like ballots. To arrange for your ballot to be sent to a temporary mailing address, contact the Maricopa County elections team at (602) 506-1511 or email EVreq@risc.maricopa.gov with your Full Name, Residence Address, Temporary Mailing Address, and Date of Birth for verification. For military personnel or family stationed out of the county, or for overseas residents, visit MilitaryOverseas.Maricopa.Vote for more information.
